Class of 2030 CCMR Refresh Webinar Series

The Class of 2030 CCMR Refresh webinar series is designed to help districts plan for the accountability outcomes that will apply to the Class of 2030 (and future cohorts) as students progress through high school. 

Across the series, the focus is on proactive, systemwide planning¡ªaligning coursework, advising, program design, partnerships, and data/reporting practices¡ªso districts expand student access to multiple high?quality programs in college, career, or the military. 

Webinars are organized around major CCMR components (weighting, career/military readiness, advanced academics, and college preparation measures) and emphasize cross?functional coordination, clear timelines, and practical decision points that influence future cohort outcomes.

  • Kick-off Planning for CCMR Weighting: Considerations for 2026¨C27 and Future Cohorts

    This webinar established the CCMR refresh timeline and explained how weighting changes will increase the importance of early planning for incoming cohorts. The session highlighted key district decision points and emphasized monitoring progress over time.

    Innovative Postsecondary Pathway Models: Planning and Implementation Considerations for CCMR

    This webinar will provide districts with a structured overview of innovative postsecondary models and how these models can be planned and implemented to strengthen college, career, and military readiness outcomes for future student cohorts.

    After attending this webinar, participants will:

    • Understand how Texas Regional Pathways Network (TRPN), Early College High School (ECHS), Pathways in Technology Early College High School (P TECH), Rural Pathway Excellence Partnerships (R-PEP) and Applied Science Pathway models align to CCMR indicators
    • Identify planning considerations when selecting or expanding innovative pathway models
    • Recognize implementation factors that support sustainable outcomes across diverse district contexts

    PEIMS Reporting for CCMR: Data Quality and Cross?Functional Coordination

    This webinar will provide districts with an overview of how PEIMS?reported data is used to reflect College, Career, and Military Readiness (CCMR) outcomes for accountability, funding, and reporting purposes. The session focuses on the relationship between local implementation decisions and reported results, emphasizing the importance of consistent data practices and coordinated roles across departments. Participants will examine where misalignment most often occurs between programs and reporting and how districts can better align people, processes, and timelines to support accurate CCMR outcomes for future graduating cohorts.

  • Planning for Career and Military Readiness in CCMR 

    This webinar will provide an overview of career and military readiness indicators and outline early planning actions districts can take¡ªsuch as course sequencing, student advising, partner coordination, and documentation practices¡ªto strengthen future CCMR outcomes.
