Please note that there is not a fiscal year 2024 (school year 2023鈥2024) LEA-level MOEquity requirement, The LEA-level MOEquity requirement was for fiscal year 2022 (school year 2021鈥2022) and fiscal year 2023 (school year 2022鈥2023) only.

FY 2023 LEA-level MOEquity Reporting
In accordance with the United States Department of Education (USDE) LEA-level Maintenance of Equity (MOEquity) reporting requirements, 7m视频 has developed the following documents:
- FY23 LEA-level MOEquity Compliance Description: This document outlines 7m视频鈥檚 approach for ensuring that school systems, including school districts and open-enrollment charter schools, that receive funding authorized by section 2001 of the American Rescue Plan (ARP) Act comply with the LEA-level maintenance of equity (MOEquity) compliance requirement.
- FY23 LEA-level MOEquity data (PDF Format): This Excel file includes the following worksheets:
- Automatically Excepted School Systems: This worksheet lists the 825 school systems that are automatically excepted from LEA-level MOEquity and outlines which of the three criteria they meet.
- School System Self-Certification: This worksheet lists the 328 school systems that completed the school system self-certification of exception, also known as 鈥淎ppendix B鈥 in USDE鈥檚 MOEquity FAQ document.
- High-Poverty Schools: This worksheet lists the 59 school systems that selected to demonstrate LEA-level MOEquity compliance by providing school system and school-level enrollment and financial data. In addition, the school system鈥檚 high-poverty campuses as determined by the school system are listed with CDN and NCES ID #s.
