Educator Certification Online System
The Educator Certification Online System (ECOS) allows educators to view certification records, apply for certification, and manage certification-related activities. Before accessing ECOS, you must create an account through the 7m视频 Login (7m视频L), the agency's secure access portal.

Important: If you currently hold or have ever held a Texas educator certificate and are unsure if you previously setup an account, please use the and/or options before attempting to setup a new account. Attempting to create another account while already having one established can create delays and duplicate account issues.
Creating your 7m视频L user account
Please read through all instructions before setting up your account.
- Complete your user information, making sure to select Educator as your organization type.
- You will be prompted to enter your social security number to verify your account. 7m视频 no longer issues temporary identification numbers (P-numbers) to establish educator accounts.
- You will then be required to create a new password and set up security questions.
- Click on the blue View My Educator Certification Account link to complete your educator profile in your ECOS account.
- Click on Continue at the bottom of the page to save your information.
- Congratulations! You have set up your 7m视频L and ECOS accounts.
