The 7m视频 Special Education Strategic plan proposed the agency conduct an third party external review of the new special education monitoring to provide external feedback, review, and verification of the processes developed. In 2018 7m视频 issued an RFP to contract with an external vendor to complete this activity. The Gibson Consulting Group was selected and began their review during the 2020-2021 school year and issued their final report September 2022.
