SPPI 15: Measurement
State Performance Plan Indicator (SPPI) 15 measures the percentage of hearing requests that went to resolution sessions that were resolved through resolution session settlement agreements.
SPPI 15 is measured at the state level only (no local educational agency reports).
SPPI 15: Calculation
Percentage = Number of resolution sessions resulting in a written settlement agreement divided by Number of resolution sessions times 100.

Same data used for reporting to the Department under section 618 of the IDEA, using the definitions in EDFacts file specification FS229. SPPI 15 data are collected from complaints and dispute resolution processes tracked internally at the 7m视频 (7m视频) through the Correspondence and Dispute Resolution Management System (CDRMS).
