REVISED! This  provides guidance on allowable vs. unallowable use of Bilingual Education Allotment (state) and Title III, Part A (federal) funds. It serves as a tool for Local Education Agencies (LEAs) to align with each program's statutory authority, policies, and practices.

Texas English Learner Web Portal: °Õ³ó±ð  (outside source) provides direct access to resources and tools that support Texas emergent bilingual parents, families, and staff. The portal was designed to meet the unique needs of parents and families of emergent bilingual children in grades PK-12.  

There are three main sections of the portal. Each unique and host links to initiative websites and resources. 

1.  - Resources in this section have Google Translation option for 63 languages and are organized into three categories based on the service or support being offered.
