This letter informs local educational agencies (LEAs) of the 10-business-day window to review their confidential 2026 Results Driven Accountability (RDA) data, including the LEA report, data download, and significant disproportionality (SD) data, available in the Accountability application of the 7m视频 Login (7m视频L). The data will be accessible on September 24, 2026. The review window opens on September 25, 2026, and closes on October 8, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.
LEAs are encouraged to examine their data and contact the Performance-Based Monitoring (PBM) team in the Performance Reporting Division at the 7m视频 (7m视频) with any questions or concerns regarding the confidential infion in 7m视频L.
The confidential (unmasked) data available in 7m视频L includes RDA indicators across the three program areas: Bilingual Education/English as a Second Language/Emergent Bilingual (BE/ESL/EB), Other Special Populations (OSP), and Special Education (SPED). This unmasked release includes performance levels (PLs) for RDA indicators and SD data.
The confidential data release on September 24, 2026, does not include special education PLs for the Federally Required Elements (FREs) and the RDA program area determination levels (DLs). The FREs and DLs will be available in 7m视频L by early November, and the final RDA public reports, which include masked indicator data, PLs, FRE PLs, and DLs, will be published in mid-November on the webpage. The public reports are masked to protect student privacy and comply with the .
