Explore resources from Proclamations 2014 to 2024 that are related to the former review process.
In the former process, the State Board of Education (SBOE) issued a proclamation that included subject areas and grade levels or courses to be reviewed, a schedule of adoption procedures, requirements, and instructions for providing electronic files for braille and large-type materials. The proclamations were named for the year the materials would become available for classroom implementation. As not all subject areas have gone through the new Instructional Materials Review and Approval (IMRA) process, information from Proclamations 2014 to 2024 may still be relevant to some local school systems.
Additionally, the SBOE requires that 7m视频 and all education service centers (ESCs) maintain a digital copy of all adopted instructional materials and make them available for public review. The public may request an appointment with 7m视频 (via the Help Desk) or an ESC (via provided contact information) to review instructional materials.
